You can easily reach Haus Otium by bus or boat from Thun or Interlaken.

Thun, the metropolis of the Bernese Oberland, is on the international express train line to Valais and Italy and has excellent international connections. From Thun you can get to Oberhofen by bus, ship or taxi in about 10 minutes.

Our bus stop is called: "Oberhofen a.T., Dorf". From there, a footpath goes over 260 stairs up Burchgasse directly to Haus Otium at Burghaldenstrasse 20.
